Website Agreement

The following will establish to define set goals and expectations to fulfill your website design and SaaS related needs, but it is necessary to ensure that a few simple things are outlined should any unforeseen questions or issues arise. 

AGREEMENT

As our client, you have the power to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organization.

You agree to provide us with everything necessary to complete the project including logo, text, images, links to social media, and any other information we request as we need it, and in the format we require. We wish to avoid any delays. Deadlines work both ways and you as well will be bound by any dates, timelines that we set forth.  

TIMELINE

Our estimated time required to complete your website is 14-21 days. We will commence the work upon completion of check out.  

ERROR REVIEW

We provide you with a 7 day window from the date of your website launch for error review.

This does not include new website revisions, but errors that may have occurred during the build. It is your responsibility as the client to review your website during this time and point out any errors to be corrected. any error that you find after the 7 days, will be charged our hourly rate of $50 per hour.

HOSTING

Your website is to be hosted on the servers of your choice. Hang 10 Web Solutions utilizes Hostinger. There is an additional cost as the client will directly secure their hosting service.

LIABILITY

Hang 10 Web Solutions assumes no liability for your sales, revenue, and/or the success of your website/business directly, indirectly, or consequentially.

SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SaaS)

Within your website build, Hang 10 includes several SaaS products to provide additional tools to enhance the experience of visitors to your website. Within these SaaS product(s) additional costs can occur for utilizing phone, sms, email products incorporated into your website. Any charge will be automatically billed to the credit card on file. It is common for some SaaS products to come with additional costs and vary based on product and usage.

This covers the three most common policies found on websites:

   1. Limits your liability for potential copyright infringements and third-party links

   2. Answers commonly asked customer questions

   3. Sets the rules for using your website

3. Disclaimer (page 4)

   1. Limits your liability (if applicable)

4. Cookie Policy and cookie consent banner

   1. A Cookie Policy is required under several privacy laws.

   2. A cookie consent banner helps collect consent prior to installing non-essential cookies onto a user’s browser or device, a requirement under several privacy laws.

Hang 10 recommends consulting an attorney for your policies as it is the responsibility of the website owner to be compliant with state and federal guidelines and laws.
